Absolutely terrible to try and reach customer service
Rude and unhelpful yeah dropped garbage off and the tire charges are wild.
Original post was only 1 star. With the issue below. I did end up making the trip to find out the cost. $55 min up to 870lbs. Definitely saved over $100 if we had chosen a smaller place to go to. It is not as cheap as the $10 we paid in the past in Superior before they closed to the public. Best in the area and the local customer service was excellent. When your open you're great. You could be more consistent with your hours or letting people know when your not going to be open, change the hours on the website.
