$55 minimum for dropping off any garbage (up to 870 pounds) in 2025. That is too high, and leads to people illegally dumping their garbage off roads, harming our beautiful north woods. I am otherwise pleased with their curbside garbage and recycling services.

Consistently bad service. Can't speak to anyone with any comprehension skills. Dumpster was destroyed by the driver and garbage not picked up. Still cannot "link" my account as they describe whatever nonsense they are trying to do online. Repeated calls to dolts that can't speak English only to have the same results time after time. Of course they charge a hefty fee for their "service". This is a prime example of the "win by default" business model so prevalent in this market.
