Consistently bad service. Can't speak to anyone with any comprehension skills. Dumpster was destroyed by the driver and garbage not picked up. Still cannot "link" my account as they describe whatever nonsense they are trying to do online. Repeated calls to dolts that can't speak English only to have the same results time after time. Of course they charge a hefty fee for their "service". This is a prime example of the "win by default" business model so prevalent in this market.
Absolutely terrible to try and reach customer service
Rude and unhelpful yeah dropped garbage off and the tire charges are wild.
Original post was only 1 star. With the issue below. I did end up making the trip to find out the cost. $55 min up to 870lbs. Definitely saved over $100 if we had chosen a smaller place to go to. It is not as cheap as the $10 we paid in the past in Superior before they closed to the public. Best in the area and the local customer service was excellent.
