Trying to cancel your service is absolutely ridiculous! I spent over an hour on hold just to be transferred. I asked for a callback that I never received. Called back and spent more time on hold just to be passed around between multiple departments. Time is valuable and people can not be expected to take hours out of their day just to cancel service. I would recommend you do not use Republic Services unless you don’t mind getting the runaround!
Used to be west Texas disposal but republic services bought them out under no obligation on republic services there was no contract then why the hell am I being charged for something that I cancelled my services with republic services then why are they still charging me when I cancelled and under no contract this is bullshit!!! I am pissed!!!!!!
At 530 on most mornings I am awakened by your company. The driver can't stay straight and drives on the edge of the alley. Causing tire tracks up on my yard. If you would come after sun up mabee you could se to drive straight
