I have had the opportunity to work with Brenda VanEtten on service for Pere Marquette Oaks RV Resort. The rates are VERY reasonable for the service we receive especially given our rural location. Brenda has worked tirelessly to get us a great rate and to see that the billing matches what we were quoted. We usually check with another provider each year, but no one has been able to come close on price or rhe level of service.
Currently I am not a customer of Republic Services. They look to have a fine website geared towards the needs of their customers. I however am looking for a job.There is no place on this sight for job information. So, moving on...
I am shocked that my price went up over $40s with no change in service. I can see a dollar or two but over $40s. Guess I'll be looking else where. Doesn't pay to be a good customer that has paid on-time for many years.
I have always had great success in working with Republic. Whether it’s adding services or changing your contract they have always been willing to work with me. I have always been able to talk to my account representative directly and they have always been able to answer a question or resolve an issue. Most recently our new account rep (Brenda) went out of her way to help transition our account to new contacts and club leadership. She was very patient and helpful in the process!
