Worst company ever overcharged me $193 when my bill shouldn’t been $121 were I didn’t have pay bill over yr . Then charging me $59 fee for not needing their services had over 10 yrs . Had call probably 10 times a yr No Pick up or they dump trash on road find one my trash bag 2 blocks down the street 😡
2nd or 3rd week in a row that our trash has not been picked up as scheduled. Get the excuse that either "driver is new", "routes were changed", "broke down", "mechanical issues" and so on. Only received a text and email last week our pickup would be delayed AFTER I submitted a missed pickup request.
