Maybe not charge people and companies who are volunteering to clean up after the disaster? Just let them dump the debris and trash! Do your jobs for the community!

I have had no problems with trash pick up including extra bags by the container. Mechanical trash pickup negates problems of heavy bags of many others. My only reservation is the price goes up $10.00 every three months . Currently $169.00 for three months.

Have used Republic Services for 8 years. Never missed a pickup, reasonable price, no complaints at all. I have not had any special requests, other than to replace a broken bin, which was promptly replaced on the next week's pickup.

The laziest employees of a company republic the neighbors cars was parked to close to my can so they deliberately passed up my trash can and did not empty it ,had to call no one answers the phone ,this Kimberly that is in charge needs a job at McDonald's , so lazy of drivers that now costing company more time and fuel to come back to get my trash incompetent what a joke city of Kerrville should consider a new contract with a new company.

Would give zero stars if it was an option. The lady at the scale spoke to us in a manner I have never been spoken to by any member of the service industry, simply because we asked about dropping off a mattress. When we went to pay, she basically just threw the invoice at us like we were asking the weight of the world of her to do her job, which really is not at all that difficult or taxing. Go anywhere else but here.
