Refusing to pick up a paying customers trash is outrageous & very unprofessional. Please do better, be better.
Expensive service rates, intentionally obtuse customer service representatives, refusal to actually pick up the trash they agreed to.
We use Republic Services for waste removal services for our Mixed Use properties. Our account representative Jessica is outstanding! Jessica is extremely responsive, knowledgeable, understands our business and helps us sort out our business needs. Jessica and Republic Services makes things easy for us.
