Trash can is never empty fully, when you request missed pick-up they never come. When I called to file a complaint I was told I would receive a return call and never did. I had to call back again which I did. The new guy they had on our route has trash dropping all over the street. It's just ridiculous!!!

Hands down the WORST trash service/company I've had to deal with and I'm half a century old. They lose payment records, occasionally just don't show up, bulk item pick up is a nightmare and they lie about picking up yard waste - they do not have a yard waste truck even though they say they do. Even the recycling men have advised just to hide yard waste in the recycling bin cause republic services won't be picking it up. Republic services has not picked up my trash repeatedly. I have to call them. On top of that they raised the rate 7 dollars. I can't even get them to pick it up much less pay more. Tell me your thoughts.
