I am officially switching companies after a series of terrible experiences. This company has become completely unreliable. They frequently miss my scheduled pickup day, and when I call to report it, I’m promised a 'recovery pickup' that never actually happens. ​Beyond the scheduling issues, the actual service is sloppy. I have had the worst service with this company. Once a month I had to deal with the fact we get missed a lot and they don't do anything about it. We get emailand calls ignored and this affect my day to day service to my residents. I have already prepared my cancelation to void this contract. I would not recommend this company at all.

1 star is one too many because after 12 months of service, Republic has abandoned us even though they've charged us in full for November 2021 to January 2022. We haven't had a pickup (paying for twice weekly) since October 29. We've called several times and no one there seems to know or care about getting our trash from November 2 picked up. Three missed pickups in 8 days. We have 2 overflowing trash cans at our driveway and nowhere to put new trash because Republic doesn't care enough to show their new driver how to get to ... read more
