Consistently missed pick up, over and over. Called and reported. Still no improvement.

I am officially switching companies after a series of terrible experiences. This company has become completely unreliable. They frequently miss my scheduled pickup day, and when I call to report it, I’m promised a 'recovery pickup' that never actually happens. Beyond the scheduling issues, the actual service is sloppy. The workers often drop trash all over my driveway without picking it up and have even broken my trash cans due to rough handling. I have had the worst service with this company. Once a month I had to deal with the fact we get missed a lot and they don't do anything about it. We get emailand calls ignored and this affect my day to day service to my residents. I have already prepared my cancelation to void this contract. I would not recommend this company at all.
