At the dump site off hunt highway south of arizona farms. The gal at the scale had zero customer service. She e as rude when we asked where to go. Her response was "over in the building" didnt bother to say go to number 1,2 or 3. I don't like the fact that they keep your payment card in the trailer with the workers. Who says they don't write or take pictures of the information down to use or sell it later. Won't go here again. I don't care how close to my house it is.
Over 30 minutes and no resolve. My bill doubled and after not being told why several times finally an account manager said it’s because there was trash, lifting up my black lids and they are supposed to be closed. There is an attached photo showing a box holding the lid up, but also can see it is empty. She said it was a justified charge which equaled same price I pay for a monthly service. If I could give no stars I would... Republic service has been the worst service I have used and we are on about our 7th week of missed pickups. I have to continually remind the company to come out and pick up the garbage which is already in the contract every week. Their system changed my contract to every other week randomly even though I signed a multi-year agreement to every week.
