Good luck when you call for support that some one will actually pick up the phone! Waited on line for 41 minutes then hung up since no one answered and all I kept hearing was their recording about how great their service is.. listened to it 37 times in 41 minutes of waiting Also the large pickup service should be called the large NO pickup service. Everything “large” I needed to be picked just happened to be items that are large that they DONT pick up according to their long list of items. Laughable
Another update: we got a trash can! 2025 update: The trash truck dropped our can in the middle of the road then hit it about a year ago. We have made multiple requests to get a new one. I posted a put it on Facebook and was told by the company that none of those showed on the account. I was removed as an authorized person to request one at some point after being added and added again after mysteriously being taken off after requesting a trash can. Wow, the call we got about this was UGLY. I wish there was another option. I guess we will just keep having a trash can with no wheels. I don't understand why replacing it is more than the pick up people seeing it and replacing it. Paid my bill on time next bill in the mail said $0 and I was up to date and they still take my trash cans! Made a phone call and was on hold for 25 min scheduled a call back and never received that call till this day every time I’m put on hold
Very unreliable when it comes to trash pick. they have missed 7 pickups in first 3 months despite constant efforts to resolve. if we had any other choice in Bella Vista I would be using them.
