If I could give Republic Services zero stars, I would. Three weeks ago, we requested an additional trash can because we're a larger family, and one can per week simply isn't enough. We were told it would be delivered before the next pickup day. Pickup day came and went—no extra can. We called again and were told, "We're sorry, we forgot." They instructed us to set our extra trash bags out the following week, assuring us they would collect the bags and deliver the new can. The next trash day came. Delays, never late on payment, cancel service, still charged for three months, customer service is a joke, constantly transferring you, no refund still.
Way more expensive than local services.they wanted to charge $166 for 3 months service for 1 can. Called 4 times to cancel services and get put on hold for cancellation department. no one ever answers. Ask to get transferred to corporate office in Arkansas they won’t transfer you.
