Next to impossible to get ahold of someone. You will sit waiting for someone for over a hour and still get no where. They will schedule someone to call you with no ability to tell you when they will be getting ahold of you. If they didn't have a monopoly in my area for trash pick up, I would gladly not be a customer of republic services.
