They don't know anything every department doesn't do their job. Multiple problems getting my trashcan on time and getting it picked up. Random fees, and after I canceled and paid what was due on time they give me a late fee a month later which I had to resolve through them but then send me a 10 cent bill because they didn't want to cover the whole late fee for a payment that was never late. Have called multiple times requesting that their driver place the trash receptacle in its designated corner. Instead it's gets repeatedly placed in front of multiple parking spots. Terrible driver and worse management
