Terrible customer and trash service, switching immediately.
It would be nice to get a heads up when you’re going to raise a bill, especially for seniors living on a fixed income. This is the second time my bill has been raised with no explanation. Thank you.
Hard to reach anyone! Inconsistent communication on their end when trash cycles switch.
They suck! We just started services on August 22, I was told I could put up to 3 black trash bags out until they were able to deliver my trash cans Which wouldn't be until the 8th of September. They haven't touched my trash bags in two weeks.Why? You want me to pay you fifty dollars to wait a month for you to start services? Kind of stupid. Think it's time to switch companies. Ridiculous.
Horrible service. I needed a extra pick up of 2 bins. They quoted me $60 ( and then charged me $192) and NEVER SHOWED UP for the extra pick up despite several calls. I Will be switching to someone else.
