Large cost increase after one year. Charged $144 to pick up our trash cans after cancelling service.
My fees doubled and they pretend it is a separate fee because of the costs of keeping the trucks going instead of raising prices. It’s impossible to cancel service other than just stop paying the bill and then, instead of just coming to pick up the trash cans, they try to bully you into paying and reinstating service.
Drivers are not friendly.
I missed a pick up due to a misunderstanding with my daughter while I was working. I call to reschedule they miss the pickup I call to reschedule again and was giving a case number they ended up going to wrong location without giving me a call being near by. So now I HAVE to wait till October for my next pickup That’s my punishment for missing the first pick up out of 3. And I spoke to a supervisor Wendy Wednesday don’t even remember her name being so up set .
