This is one of the worst companies in terms of abusive accounting practices. They overcharge, claim false pickups, and require hours on the phone to rectify their mistakes. Do not use this company.
Account Manager, James R. Robinson is the prime representation of what many business owners, agencies, and on-site personnel are looking for when it comes to meeting their financial goals. It is my opinion that Mr. Robinson takes pride in the cases that he has been entrusted. I believe he makes sure he reviews the current contact, evaluate the need for his clients, analysis the best possible solution, before making contact with his client. His presentation assures the customer that Republic Service cares.
If I could do less than one star I would. They will price gouge you in fees. O and don't forget if you cancel their services for over charging they will charge you a cancellation fee and charge to remove your trash can. This company is a complete joke
Truck broke half of a mature tree, 4 months ago, they wont return my call. Truck ran into my building and ripped off a door and still wont return calls!! It was a hit and run, they never contacted to let me know they did it.. luckily both incidents were caught on camera. These guys are dangerous.
