Worst service ever!! Missed pickups, lame excuses, will gas-light you forever!! Fort Collins deserves better. 0 stars.
We have been loyal customers since they took over from Gallegos trash service and I must say the service has been on a laughable decline for at least the last 3-4 months. Missed pickups, lame excuses, put off til next week. We pay for trash pickup every week.. not every other week. We have recycle every two weeks ..not once a month. Avoid this company at all costs. They don't care about their loyal customer base and seem noty to care about their reputation. The city of Fort Collins need to cancel or not renew their contract ... read more
We never had issues with Gallegos. Now we have issues with Republic. Trash day changed but as at this moment, we are going on 4 days late with the trash outside at nearly 100 degree weather. It is not uncommon for our trash, which we pay plenty for the service, to not be picked up on our trash day. Cannot recommend this company.
