Just bought a new house and decided to take care of my own trash which involves taking it the transfer station once a month. I will not pay their overpriced bills for them to not come get my trash when it snows. 3 weeks in a row last winter I couldn’t get trash service.

1 star is very generous, local customer service is a joke. Apparently they have forgotten who pays their salaries. It’s no t the folks who work here, it’s the corporate bs , if another company would come here Republic would be done.

Prices have gotten insane to dump. They won't pickup in the middle of town anymore (apparently they can't drive down an alley and I would have to walk my can a block down the street now) Absolutely useless company,

Rates continue to climb, now told we have to push bins to curb because alley service is dangerous. Lewistown, Mt. does not plow city streets, many residents plow alleys for trash service. Knee jerk reaction to a problem caused by City Manager Holly Phelps lack of service to residents. City will be covered in trash and broken trash bins as they will be all over the city streets that will not be plowed. Republic, Lewistown, Mt. and Holly Phelps is a joke!!!!
