Always lies about recovery date, I've been waiting since Saturday to have my recycle picked up they promised Saturday and yet today is Tuesday, unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The worse trash place ever. I liked GDS way better at least they don't lie to the customers!!!!!

I was try to call to cancel the service 3 times nobody pick up the phone. Now after spending 35 minutes (was “fast” compered to last time) now they want me to pay for the next month because i didn’t cancel on time. Of course i didn’t cancel! You are not answering the phone!!!

Can't reach anyone on the phone, I had a bad experience at there landfill no pricing chart,no signs, or direction, I'm going to file complaints with BBT, dept of consumer affairs, local chamber of commerce, and any one else that will listen, reach out to contractors, and I would ask anyone else upset with them to do the same, enough outroar may have the same affect as it did for bud light 🧐🤬🤬🤬

I have been a long-term commercial customer, and unfortunately my experience with Republic Services has been extremely disappointing. Over the years, pricing has never remained consistent for more than a few months, despite having what was represented as a fixed contract. Rate increases were frequent, unexplained, and unpredictable. The final straw was a recent invoice where additional charges and penalties exceeded my normal monthly bill.
