Can't reach anyone on the phone, I had a bad experience at there landfill no pricing chart,no signs, or direction, I'm going to file complaints with BBT, dept of consumer affairs, local chamber of commerce, and any one else that will listen, reach out to contractors, and I would ask anyone else upset with them to do the same, enough outroar may have the same affect as it did for bud light 🧐🤬🤬🤬

I have been a long-term commercial customer, and unfortunately my experience with Republic Services has been extremely disappointing. Over the years, pricing has never remained consistent for more than a few months, despite having what was represented as a fixed contract. Rate increases were frequent, unexplained, and unpredictable. The final straw was a recent invoice where additional charges and penalties exceeded my normal monthly bill. Review for Republic Services – Ongoing Billing After Property Sold As of November 24, 2025, I am still receiving bills from Republic Services for a property I sold on August 21, 2025. I notified them in writing on August 20, provided closing documents, and made multiple attempts to correct their records. Despite all of this, they continue to bill me for services I never used and even charged my credit card for service dates that occurred after I no longer owned the property. Terrible customer service! Nasty to you on the phone, lose payments, insist on paper checks. Absolutely terrible! Don't do business with them. You'll regret it.
