$55 to swap out containers, they claim it's a delivery fee. Won't allow you to load them up yourself and bring them there to swap out. They charge a monthly bill, you'd think that's enough to cover these fees.

You would think that they have their systems down by now but no they sure don't. Threatening to charge us more for a container that we don't have. Come take the non-existent container Clowns

Now they're RETALIATING and refusing to pick up trash cans. A hole truck driver named Chris just banged on my door and left a bunch of trash goo all over my door, all to tell me I can't park half way on the street and half in the grass in front of my home. He had zero right or reason to say that and he's 100% wrong. He said he was going to call the cops on me for it (saying he was going to have it towed), so I called them... If I can leave 0 stars, I would. This company service is really worst. My trash has not been picked up on schedule. It happens three times already, always pass my house.
