If I can leave 0 stars, I would. This company service is really worst. My trash has not been picked up on schedule. It happens three times already, always pass my house.
This morning I brought to Sarno Landfill (a Republic Services facility) a broken electric power saw to the center, thinking it was the right thing to do instead of throwing it in the trash. At the entrance, they told me to drive my car into a building and dump it there. Inside the building, there were tons of waste, sewage on the floor, and a tractor moving the waste. Thank you to your careful and diligent driver today who promptly removed the trimmings from my large oak tree that spread out across about 20 feet of my front yard. After watching him work that claw, I realized I should have made taller piles instead of spreading it out. I appreciate how many more times he had to reposition to pick it all up. I’ll do better next time!
If I could, I would give 0 stars. Constant missed pickups since the signed the contract with Palm bay. Called republic to report missed pickups. They never come when they say they will to get the missed pick up. We ALWAYS have to wait until the next pickup. They have NEVER come for the missed pick up since the beginning. I went Palm Bay to complain saying that our cost has at least doubled but we get fewer pick ups. I told them that if I don't go to work, I don't get paid. Hours of garbage pick up are 730 till 5 or 6 my garbage truck comes ar 630 and skips me all the time. Super annoying. Hope you don't break your truck picking up my next load since you missed me again. Going to file for a service compliance audit.
