I have used Republic Services in both residential and commercial settings. I cancelled residential service because the drivers would constantly miss pick ups and getting it fixed on the phone was always a 45-minute ordeal. On the commercial side they use deceptive and unethical business practices to increase profits and trap customers. You may agree to a year contract for dumpster service for a certain price.
