Recycling can is never big enough for all we have. Pickup is every 2 weeks. They literally throw anything not in the can into my yard and driveway rather than just putting it in the truck.

What a joke of a company. I can only wish our county would fire them and get Waste Management back. I have to sit here and waste a 1/2 hour of company time so that I can weigh out. I guess she can only take her lunch break from 12:30 to 1:00. And not a minute or two later. They won't accept cash and make you wear a hard hat, there's nothing above me but the roof of the building. I would never come here if I had another option!!!

The incompetence of the people who work here. I requested a trash can be removed that was in my new house I moved into. It’s been over a month now and finally they come and take my neighbors trash can. So now they are upset. It’s not that hard to come and get your own stuff. I even offered to bring it to them to make it easier and they said no I can’t do that

I’m beyond unhappy with Republic Services. Our entire alley gets missed at least once or twice a quarter. With recycling, this becomes extremely frustrating because we have four weeks worth of recyclables out and they won’t take more than one bin. I’ve used a second large cardboard box with a big sign saying “Recycling From Missed Pickup” and they still skip it.
