Zero customer service, website is terrible and not helpful at all, rude agents, wait times are over an hour. Multi million dollar business that can’t hire competent individuals to provide services to residents! Capitalist company! You should be ashamed
The worst trash company in the state of Massachusetts they throw trash bags on the sidewalk and roll the dumpsters out to empty them and leave in the street don't even put them back VERY HORRIBLE COMPANY!!
Most unacceptable service imaginable. I live in Gloucester we have to put our trash out in bags and mine were out on schedule. Didn’t matter there crew never picked it up. When we tried to contact the town and let them know they said prorepublic claimed they went and picked up there and said any trash left was put out after. This company lies to suit there needs, like not dispatching out an additional truck when their lackluster units fail to do their simple job.
