I was with Moring since 1982.. .Great service... Republic has been horrible since they bought out Moring... So bad I cancelled with them and contracted with Gill... A republic driver stopped while I was walking my dog and said I am still on his list to pick up... That was 6 months ago I cancelled republic... If they have been charging me, I am just turning them in for credit card fraud because their phone is constantly out of service... Worst company ever.
I have 2 totes taken away from my home. They were used for recycling. They cannot be reached by phone, and I NEED My tote!!
Poor driver doing 80mph weaving in & out of traffic on the interstate
I had one issue of them not picking up my garbage, only because there was a line downed by a storm, my house and, three other houses on the block creating a box that didn't get picked up because we were too close to the wire. No problem called Com Ed, the next day the line was fixed, all of the street was picked up.
They often forget to pick up our yard waste
