Rates keep getting raised. Not to mention the drivers are the worst ever! They are rude and lazy. Watched the driver just now leave my cans in the middle of the road. Its city ordnance you can't block the sidewalk, so I don't. He has a sour attitude everytime he comes around. Customer service is horribly slow to get back with you. Incompetence is name of the game with this service!! Will be switching to literally anyone else!

Well our trash was not picked up today they don't want you putting trash on the ground and over stuffing the trash can well maybe they should do their job and pick it up

Edited to say, I will update this if we find a resolution for my mother in law, where she is happy. Second edit:they handled everything and removed the balance. Terrible experience with trying to discontinue their services, their customer service is non-existent would never recommend there are so many other options not to mention no one has even tried to rectify the situation instead they take advantage of people. We switched to Smiths Dash, better prices, friendly people.
