Can not speak to an actual person in the United States. Can not speak to anyone at your local station let alone someone in the country. It takes almost 2 minutes just to get to the damn menu to start a call. Can't get an answer to a simple question. Would never hand them my money.
They never alerted me to the changes in my rate. I'm sure it showed on the invoices, but I would have thought they'd have alerted me after increasing my rate 178.1% over a course of 5 years. (Found another service to replace them recently that offers the same service for less than half what they're charging me). [Added after initial review] Just got a late fee charge for them for them picking their trash can up. We just got the invoice for it... it came with a late fee even though it's the first one we got. Terrible. Didn't pick up my trash for a week. Weather was bad, so I'll let them go on that, but I still get charged for no service. I don't get free money when I don't do my job. No reimbursement... nothing.
The worst trash company I’ve ever had in my life.
