Been trying to move my services for days now and no one can be bothered to answer a phone. Every time I call im, im on hold for 30 min and never get an answer. I've called at different times in the day hoping that would make a difference...... NOPE! Even called today just a few minutes after they opened and immediately get greeted with "we're experiencing longer than normal wait times" umm what? You just opened. Is that your normal greeting

I had a great interaction with Republic Services. I called and Donnie Dittmar was very nice & helpful. He set me up with a dumpster and actually got me a cheaper price then I was initially quoted.. I see a lot of negative feedback, but maybe if people would pay their bill on time then they would have a good experience too. 🤷‍♂️

Extremely unprofessional and careless service. On multiple occasions, this company has dropped trash throughout my front yard and left it there without picking it up. I now have video footage of a driver picking up my garbage, dumping trash into the street, and driving away. This isn’t an accident,it’s negligence and petty behavior. I pay for a service, not cleanup after your employees. Completely unacceptable and disappointing. Absolutely terrible company.

Recently switched from trash barrel service to small dumpster service. Was initially quoted incorrectly and DDittmar reached out to me with a corrected quote. He has been very responsive to my questions and helpful. We have great service and I appreciate the text updates regarding any adjustment to our schedule.
