Regularly misses pickups. Calling them doesn't always get you a pickup. When they do pickup, is pretty much guaranteed that the can will be left in the driveway. Dixon really needs to drop this useless company.
Never ever answer the phone
Our garbage pick up day is Friday. The 4th is/was on a Friday. We didn't set our garbage out because Repbulic doesn't run on holidays. We even checked the website and it showed that it was a holiday and no pickup. A couple of our neighbors set their garbage out and Guess what....it got picked up. Thanks for NOT communicating with your customers. We do not have Facebook. Poor customer service. I keep garbage cans in garage....now my garage is gonna stink because it will have to sit for a week!!!!!
Have had bulk trash with stickers at my curb for three weeks. Made two phone calls to customer service to make arrangements. Refused to pick it all up again today. Super pissed.
Had a bulk item on my curb for 3 weeks with a sticker. Only weighted about 40lbs. When tried to call to schedule them to pick it up since they wouldn’t- was on hold for 25 minutes and the online chat never transferred to a person. 10/10 do not recommend this company
