Website says customer service is open until 5 in all time zones that is not correct, everytime I call they're closed. Want to cancel service but can't even get a hold of anyone.

Quite possibly the worst company to do business with.
By far the WORST company I have ever dealt with. Contracts meant to screw the customer. Terrible customer service. ASTRONOMICAL FEES upon cancellation even after you jump through all the hoops setup to screw you. Once you think you are finished with them, ANOTHER bill that is somehow THREE TIMES the cost of monthly service for container removal shows up. This cost is not mentioned upon cancellation.
