Constantly fail to pick up our trash. No way to get in touch with anybody. Sends messages saying they are coming tomorrow. Never show up
This company has the worst customer service. I think I may have ever dealt with in my entire life. We closed an account with them when moving and got the confirmation that the account was closed the other they proceeded to still try to fill us for months after and then every time we would call tell them we’re not paying it that we have the confirmation that the account was closed. It’s Trash everywhere very very tight to back into dock. Obstacles everywhere when you are trying to back.
