This company has the worst customer service. I think I may have ever dealt with in my entire life. We closed an account with them when moving and got the confirmation that the account was closed the other they proceeded to still try to fill us for months after and then every time we would call tell them we’re not paying it that we have the confirmation that the account was closed. After years of nightmarish experiences with GFL, I made the switch to Republic Services. They've been servicing my business (an apartment community) since September of 2023. In almost 2 years I've had nothing but the best experiences with them! The drivers are friendly and closely follow instructions. They've never caused damage to our dumpster bay during pick ups and always close/lock the doors behind them.
