Not a happy camper. I'm getting a late fee and nsf rtn fee on a payment that has not even been attempted to be drafted out of my bank. This has been confirmed by my bank by not one but two csr. I have contacted the corporate office to get my $30 back. It is unfortunate that I am being stuck with this fee for something that was sure to be human error.
