Got a check in the mail, cashed it. They called to verify my information, and told me if I needed more let them know. After some thought, I called them , they explained I have an additional 3200 available and I could lower my rate to 24%. I applied they told me I only qualified for $484 more but I could lower my rate. When I went to close, SURPRISE, if I would not accept the $800 in non mandatory and optional auto club, to put me over a certain amount they would not honor the lower rate.
