Beware We used this bank when we built our home in 2004. While they were nice, they took a long time to get our building loan and our permanent loan closed. Our loan officer failed to return phone calls and was difficult to get in touch with. At one point, it seemed like he even forgot about our loan and stalled for a couple of weeks. Everything has to be approved through their Louisville branch and that person was always "on vacation" or "out of the office" which always took longer.
