I went to this branch twice and will never do business in this branch again. They are incapable of completing a transaction without errors. The first time I used this branch, a week later they called me stating that they gave me the wrong paperwork and unless I returned it, I was going to have trouble with the IRS. Of course, I had my copy of the paperwork not their copy. I called the Yardley branch where I opened the account. They investigated and asked if I could bring in my copy so they could make a copy. it seems nobody can answer phones anymore, 3 days in a row now i called this location been on hold no answer and best part is they close at 5 so i cant even stop in after work. place is ridiculous service is terrible

New bank is just as bad as the old republic bank. Still holding payments for no reason at all so you have to pay fees & end up paying more money out of pocket from canceled pla s due to them holding your money hostage. We will be looking for a new bank asap bc this is beyond ridiculous. And the customer service sucks worse then walmart at this bank, better off talking to a wall.
