I don't know the circumstances of some people's reviews but I've had nothing but GREAT experiences with the staff at 3rd Ave and 51st St.
Uninformed, useless, rude staff I went in to ask about the 4.30% CDs. When I asked roughly how much I would make in a year on $50,000 she told me roughly $230. This woman works in a BANK! How can anyone’s math be that bad who works in a bank? I asked how sustainable Republic Bank is. She did not know what sustainable meant, and said the bank was solvent. Don’t recommend, unhelpful staff. Many many other options just next door.
