Wish i could give zero star, just came back home from this bank and writing this review, this is the worst experience of my life at any drive thru in a bank, i have accounts with all other major banks and never had a problem , today was my first time at this bensalem location at the drive thru( normally i go inside the store) . Rude as hell! They are so unprofessional!
I really liked this bank. I was just informed they are closing and becoming Fulton bank. I wonder if my routing number is the same? The auto pay will my bills be paid? What about my checks? What about account balances? I bet all the rules will change. I was in there yesterday and nobody said that today they folded. I'm upset
I had a great experience today at this location. I was greeted by the 3 tellers and one of them was Heather who was so kind and friendly. All 3 were helping me. Before I left, another gentleman was ready to leave too and thanked them for their hospitality.
