I’ve generally found that while the branch employees aren’t rude, they’re not friendly either Even the Chase branch off NJ-38 in Mount Laurel seems to have branch employees that care more about their members and cardholders

The bank teller Terry Hill is very rude, and not professional at all, if she does not like working with the public, then she should be in another profession.

Dayanna was extremely helpful with helping me set up a business account! She was informative, friendly, personable, and everything you could ask for in a bank person. She is the best!

WARNING!!!! This bank does not have enough money to cash checks written on Fulton accounts. A check from a Fulton bank account is a worthless piece of paper. They do not have the money. Account holders beware!!!!

I was hit with $150 charge from Fulton bank on the morning of 7/1/25. When I went to the bank they informed me that $6 was for being under a $100 and the remainder was transferring money from my savings to my checking account to many times in the month . Fulton bank apparently punishes there customers for needing to move money from one account to another in order to pay bills , get groceries , gas etc .
