Everytime I’ve had to go in the staff were nice but WHY is the ATM inside locked doors?!! If you need the ATM don’t come to this location unless it’s during business hours
The first Fulton Bank I ever went to that didn't process payroll checks the same day. When I asked why, the teller acted like she never heard of that process before. Wish she would have told me that before I deposited my check. It would be so much more professional if she just said she maid a mistake and will fix it or explained wht happened. Won't be using this branch bank again. It also didn't remind me of the Fulton Banks that I normally use.
Heather is very rude and quick to catch an attitude. Wouldn’t recommend taking your business here when there are other places who speak to you with respect.
Literally the worst bank of all time. Everything is an outdated process issue. Im gonna be closing my account and telling all my contractor friends to do the same. Then you call for help and the are rude to you.
Worst banking experience I’ve ever had, and I came from TD, so that’s saying something. Since they bought Republic, it’s been issue after issue. The online team just copies and pastes customer service messages and closes tickets out without doing anything. The store staff is even more clueless, and once you get to the upper level of customer service, it’s just apologies and no resolutions. Get NJDOBI on speed dial. This bank won’t do anything unless they’re threatened by the government.
