Worst banking experience I’ve ever had, and I came from TD, so that’s saying something. Since they bought Republic, it’s been issue after issue. The online team just copies and pastes customer service messages and closes tickets out without doing anything. The store staff is even more clueless, and once you get to the upper level of customer service, it’s just apologies and no resolutions. Get NJDOBI on speed dial. This bank won’t do anything unless they’re threatened by the government.
System keeps saying cannot verify info which is 100 correct

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID THIS BANK! When it was still Republic Bank, things went smoothly and I never had a problem in 10 years. Once Fulton took over, this place became a complete dumpster fire! I will have to return for a FOURTH time to get my Online Banking fixed! The staff are completely incompetent and I have had an issue with this bank EVERY WEEK since they took over Republic! Total disaster! I will be looking to leave this bank ASAP!
Girlfriend going to close her Account. She used to bring her chains here to cash it. In now, they charge you 10%
