Waited over 2 months to get my debit card and never received it. Most times if i go inside, i won’t even get greeted by the staff. Service is horrible. I will be banking elsewhere.

I do not recommend banking with this institution. My CD matured, and I was one day past the deadline. The customer service agent, Tyler, informed me that I would have to pay a penalty. Which is 45$. I was just asking to move my money to saving account. Awefull customer service. Did not even show any care. aweful exwith this bank. Going to close my accounts.

I can’t access my business account some kind of screw up in the transition. I sat there with the bank’s manager for almost 2 hours when she gave up and said she can’t help me. A joke of a bank and the employees obviously don’t care.

Not only was the transition from Republic to Fulton a NIGHTMARE, I had to call this morning because my Daughter sent money to my account via Zelle. The rude "woman" I had the displeasure of having to talk to kept talking over me & cutting me off mid sentence. I had to yell my question & she STILL kept talking over me being so rude. Will be changing banks, this whole mess was just a nightmare !
