I visited the Broadway branch earlier today and I was very upset with so called manager Bradley. He was extremely rude, and disrespectful to one of the tellers as she was leaving the branch. I’ve never seen him in this branch before but his attitude was very unprofessional and unwelcoming. He did not greet me or anyone else and was a poor example of what a manger should be. I won’t be visiting this location again and I’ll probably just move my accounts elsewhere. Bradley you sir, should be fired.
