02/20/ below review was republic bank. This one is for Fulton Bank/ HORRIBLE! I can’t get a hold of anyone at the Marlton branch or customer service department. I’m currently on hold for 20 minutes! Absolutely no Customer service. Very hard to get a hold of a manager.
Customer service is horrendous! You call each individual bank in the surrounding area and you get No answer ever!! You call the 800 #” No answer!!” I have been trying to talk to a customer service representative for 2 days and it is so frustrating that they don’t ANSWER the phones! So there for my money is tied up. I have several accounts with this bank and before Fulton took over I had no problems with Republic customer service I will be closing all 4 of my accounts
