I would never ever deal with Fulton bank ever again especially their manager Alejandro in the Wynnewood branch Imagine having a CD worth well over 100,000$ and after closing the account their being assessed late fees after the account was closed!!! horrid bank, worst people especially manager named alejandro or something who only takes time to criticize other banks better rates when you go in to move money to higher interest. Laughing stock of ignorant employees behind the counter, so poorly trained the one I was subjected to had to keep asking other people around her how to do the transaction. Disrespectful of your time an completely unprofessional. Go somewhere else immediately!

I have always had a good experience st this bank. I was worried because they changed to Fulton but my service was the same. They are extremely helpful and tend to the need until it is resolved. They don't come off with an attitude if you come in 30 mins before closing. They still smile and do what they need to do to get you in and out. I have to go back because I can't get my card to work but I'm sure they will fix it with no problem.

I have been sitting at the window for over 20 minutes. Pressed the call button 3 times, no one has come! Called the branch and was put on a hold that could last “1-2 hours.” Disaster. Hate this location
