If I could give less than a star I would. Stay away from this place. They took over for Republic Bank. Absolutely horrendous service. I had an account there I haven’t used in a while. I received a letter saying my account is going to be dormant if I do not call or make a transaction by a certain date. I called spoke to customer service they told me I can write a check for my balance and deposit in another account at a different bank. Then call them to close my account so I don’t have to stop in. Started going here because it was closer than Drexel Hill but in my two visits here I was not satisfied and will be taking the extra time to go to Drexel Hill. A bit friendlier and more helpful there from my experiences.
Reached out multiple times trying to find out information about opening a personal & commercial accounts as well as multiple car loans. I have yet to hear back from anyone on anything (nearly 2 months)
Some of the staff at this particular branch are helpful, nice people, but the bank itself is terrible. Yes, they are still adjusting to taking over republic, but for people who had republic previously, it is an absolute nightmare. The services offered are dismal and customer service is mostly nonexistant. Take my advice and go elsewhere for your banking.
