Worst service at a bank I have ever had. Received a Fulton bank e check for a business to business payment. Called the customer service line and they said I could cash or deposit it. Walked in the check was verified on the phone. The banker called twice and the representative told twice it was fine. The banker asked the manager. Manager looked at me and said no. Fantastic bank to work with your banking needs
05/09/2026 I enter the bank at 11:30 a.m. Wasn't greeted with a hello or anything. Sit down and a waiting area while one teller helped a young lady and the guy just sat there. Approximately 20 minutes past and I ended up getting in line because another customer had entered. By the time I got there to the teller and told them what I was here for she told me that the guy next to her had to help me (which I knew). If I could give less than a star I would. Stay away from this place. They took over for Republic Bank. Absolutely horrendous service. I had an account there I haven’t used in a while. I received a letter saying my account is going to be dormant if I do not call or make a transaction by a certain date. I called spoke to customer service they told me I can write a check for my balance and deposit in another account at a different bank. Then call them to close my account so I don’t have to stop in.
