Lil black guy Keenan at the seat must had felt some type a way towards me ,he lied and said there was a policy that made ppl like me pay 10$ fee to cash a check ,witch iv never heard of till I met him .bit with a smile I said no thanks ( not what I Wallis had done ten years ago ) but needless to say I cashed it for free else we’re
