Today I had to walk in the bank and I was helped by Star Roger's. I dont know her. I never go inside and she was so professional and and answered my questions very well. Even ordered me a new bank card after mentioning my chip acts funny!!! Thanks for making my day Star!!!
There is two women here that just make the place great. Been here for almost 20 years.
I stopped in this branch earlier in the week, and I have to say that Allison is a shining star and made my day! They were about the sweetest person I've ever met and the southern charm was on point. Their joy was infectious. Very rare is authentic customer service these days, so I had to leave a review so they receive recognition.
I have banked with Republic Bank (specifically this location on Poplar Level Rd) for quite a few years now. The customer service is always excellent! Allison and Leo are wonderful! They are both very personable and inviting as soon as you enter, and go over and beyond to resolve any issues you may have. The telephone customer service is also great. Been a customer here for 4 years and going. Love the location. Seen em come and go. However Allison B. Is the SWEETEST amd Kindest bank teller (all around human being) I know. Just a pleasure to to waiting patiently and hearing her upbeat voice welcoming everyone.
