I have banked with Republic Bank (specifically this location on Poplar Level Rd) for quite a few years now. The customer service is always excellent! Allison and Leo are wonderful! They are both very personable and inviting as soon as you enter, and go over and beyond to resolve any issues you may have. The telephone customer service is also great. Been a customer here for 4 years and going. Love the location. Seen em come and go. However Allison B. Is the SWEETEST amd Kindest bank teller (all around human being) I know. Just a pleasure to to waiting patiently and hearing her upbeat voice welcoming everyone.
Your money is not safe here. You cancel your card and somehow they still let money come out your account and say it will cost 30 something dollars to stop it. If I have canceled a card for the recurring bills, then it should cancel the withdrawals so they are trying to tell me I either have to open a new account or pay 35 dollars for each company I want to stop. The policy and performance of protecting the best interests of their clients has drastically declined. Ive been with this bank for like 10 years. It used to be good.
Allison is always especially kind and helpful, as is the whole staff.
