I have used Republic Bank since my first job at 16. They have excellent customer service and I’ve never once been disappointed with my experience with them. Highly recommend.
This bank cannot figure out how to enter the 21st century. The app is badly broken and works … sometimes? Their customer service is a black hole - impossible to reach a live person and no one ever calls you back. I wanted to support a local bank but because of their dysfunctional app, I’ll be looking elsewhere. Very frustrating.
This is a fantastic bank. The branch manager is so nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. All of the staff at the front counter are the same way. I'm very, very happy to have most of my family have accounts at this bank. I cannot recommend them enough!
I opened an account here earlier this year and first thing I noticed was their ATM machines really suck compared to every other ATM.You practically have to be in a pickup truck or large SUV to use one or the confirm button won’t work.Today I had a decent sized check from a client that banks with Republic and I have a checking account at Republic,seemed like a no brainer.I walked in used a pen to endorse the check and got in line.Rude woman darts ,practically pushes me out of the way.Three tellers one on his phone sounded lik... read more
