I opened a new count with Diego at the Walsingham branch . He was a pleasure to work with . Very kind, sense of humor , knowledgeable, and efficient. He made banking a great experience.
Worst customer service. Totally disrespected by Dianah. Leave this bank! Find a better one. They don’t answer phones. Can’t withdraw with my own money. The worst bank experience. I went back and at least Hilda talked to me with respect and was helpful as well as the guy there. Not Dianah! Once again, unexceptionable.
This is an excellent branch. Hilda, the manager, is one of the best managers I’ve ever interacted with. She has gone out of her way to help me on multiple occasions, and is very kind. Dianah as well is a pleasure to work with and always super helpful. I highly recommend working with them.
Dianah Hernandez and Diego are amazing Republic Bank team members! On separate occasions, they helped us navigate complex issues. This branch is also in a super convenient location and has amazing snacks!
Banks have been closed because of NO POWER (HURRICANE MILTON), so we can't make deposits. So the bank still wants to charge us overdraft fees. They advertise no overdraft fees, but still charge you fees!
