Bought a gift card for my wife and I just before the pandemic so we could get a couples massage. After purchasing the gift card they kept saying they didnt have the staff to accomodate a couples massage even though it was a service listed on their website. I asked for a refund if they couldnt accomodate a couples massage and they just stopped replying. I received a massage through Groupon and was a bit nervous going to a new massage therapist. However, Stepehen was amazing! He was waiting for me when I arrived and got me right in. Although the walls are a bit thin, the music was loud enough (but not too loud) to keep me comfortable. Stephen was professional and VERY thorough! I was incredibly impressed by this center and can't wait to return on my own dime.
My boyfriend and I arrived this afternoon for our scheduled massages and facials. Wanda and Melissa greeted us, offered us water or wine and took us back instantly. No wait time! Melissa took us to the couples massage room and gave us details about our services. Wanda gave us our facials and Melissa gave us our massages. I had a massage on Sat, March 13 and here is my experience/opinion: Pros: 1. Front desk person and massage therapist were both extremely pleasant. 2. I was there on time and was taken back immediately (no wait time) 3. Prices are very affordable compared to other places. Cons: 1. I did not get any appointment reminders. 2.
