I got partial balayage here. The color faded with first wash, I use sulfate free shampoo. My hair are just damaged now. So unsatisfied. Waste of 170 bucks. Not recommended
Best salon experience to date. It actually started out with me paying for a balayage that ended up with me leaving with a little Highlight. When I called to speak with a manager about the redo policy the owner called me back right away and scheduled an appointment 4 me with her! I just left with the balayage I wanted and a style. Kelcie was great! She did such a wonderful job on my A-Line cut and exceeded my expectations! It was my first time with her and the salon and I enjoyed every minute. She spent so much time making my hair perfect and paid close attention to the details and I appreciated her taking pride in her work and wanting it perfect. I booked with her again for next time!
No masks or gloves used during brow and lip wax. not following CDC guidelines. Would not recommend it during Covid times. Since this review does not allow to comment. To further reply, when you do eyebrows and lip wax on clients face , yes client can’t wear mask for lip mask, but how would the client feel when you are on top of face of client without wearing a mask or using gloves especially during this time.
