Great table but very impressive service and speedy delivery
I recently ordered bar stools from this company and had such a great experience. I initially received the wrong stools, probably due to a mix-up as they had just introduced a new colour to their range. However, their customer support was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. They organised the incorrect items to be picked up and sent the correct ones out straight away, with no hassle at all. I bought a bathroom stool. The service was excellent. The product is strong, practical & stylish. Unfortunately the colour is not as described. I took extra care to check the colour, explaining I was looking for a soft pink. The staff member described it as blush pink. It’s actually a very candy pink. One of the risks of online purchases. I’ll point out again though, the service & product was excellent & I would use this company again.
No phone call before delivery and the coffee table was dropped over our gate - we had better service when delivery was not outsourced
