My review of Replenish Refillery & Gift comes from an outside and an inside perspective. I found Replenish in the summer of 2021 and was thrilled to find a low waste option in Reno especially in my own neighborhood Downtown Reno. I love bringing my empty bottles of hand soap, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent here to refill! I usually come on Tuesday because is 10% off refills! They also have so many other great gift items.

Been here twice with two different experiences. First time was with a friend and the girl at the counter was welcoming and engaging. The second time i wanted to take my fiance because we love reducing and reusing when possible but on 07May2022 the lady at the front desk was rude and when i asked her a question about the clays for face masks she ignored me. Stopped by to see what was available for an eco-friendly tourist in Reno. Very cute little store, well set-up, and super courteous employee (or maybe owner?) to provide help and information. Price point seems a tad high compared to similar stores I’ve been in elsewhere. I would have also loved to see more locally-sourced products. Still, I was able to find a couple goodies for myself and a friend.
