Nana, Cheryl was very sweet and explained everything to me on the B-12 injections and the benefit from it and the weight loss you can achieve from it and also just the energy and feeling better, but you have to be sensible still in your eating, Im letting my kids know what their momma wants for bdays and Xmas.
