Went in thinking I needed to replace screen on my Samsung A34 because it was cracked. Got a price and the guy started filling out the order when he noticed that it was the screen protector that was cracked, not the screen itself. Saved me £85. He could easily have said nothing and I would never have known. Brilliant service.
Didn’t catch the gentleman’s name but he couldn’t do more for us when it came to trying to erase my phone and helping set up new one. 5* service and didn’t even want any money for it. I’ve been here numerous times and bought numerous items which have all been excellent quality and have never let us down. Thank you.

I have been a customer of this business already as they are a UPS parcel agent and was already impressed with their professional approach. I had a big problem with my Moto G smartphone, (normally a reliable workhorse) and thought I'd take it in to them to look at. Was met with usual courteous customer service. Checked my phone in and kept it for a couple hours to diagnose: suspected battery fault.
