I had a fantastic experience at Repertoire. Nina was incredibly helpful from start to finish—she guided me in selecting the perfect wallpaper, ensured everything was delivered on time, and checked in regularly to make sure everything went smoothly. Her attention to detail and excellent customer service made the process stress-free. Highly recommend this store!
Great service/advice/follow up. I purchased a fabulous wallpaper from Repertoire that transformed a bathroom in my house . Nina's advice was critical in assuring I selected a paper that would hold up to the moisture in a bathroom and confirming the large repeat would work out in the given space. She also arranged for the installer, who was absolutely amazing. From experience, I unfortunately learned that not every so called paper hanger knows how to properly hang paper. Worth the wait!!!! After renovating our small studio apartment in NYC we needed a sofa to fit our challenging space. None of the off the shelf options from the big brands did the trick. We decided to wait for a custom made sofa and it was so worth it!!!! The sectional fits like a glove in our tiny space while providing ample seating. It's soooo comfortable and the exterior fabric is stain resistant. Nina's knowledgeable hand was key to navigate the many design options. Overall, amazing customer service. We're so happy :)
I’ve bought furniture before. Nothing like this. Best experience buying furniture ever. Art is in everything Nina and Adam do. Feels like you’re buying from a friend from the first minute. They are incredibly knowledgeable and careful about the entire process from piece selection, fabric and arrangements for delivery. I wish every retailer would treat clients like this. Made a forever customer.
