I went in told him my issue it was a swollen battery and he had it fixed in about 15 mins . It only took that long because 2 other customers came in and he was helping them with simple things like one lady said she has not been receiving calls from a certain number so he went into phone in blocked calls she found the number and he showed her how to take it off blocked list she was so grateful she asked how much will that be he said no charge she insisted on paying so he said how about I charge you next time you come in . Excellent friendly very knowledgeable customer service. I had 2 screensavers replaced on phones in a matter of minutes at half the cost of Verizon store around the corner. Do not waste your time at the name brand stores. go in here and get all of your repairs made and products purchased for so much cheaper and such friendly service! I will be a customer from now on. The repair job itself was done. Well however I was not advised that the repair being done would not be covered under the warranty. I thought I had as well as a more expensive screen was put on without double checking with me for the extreme price difference.
